I got a kick out of the article on the benefits of I²R heating on a sub-arc wire.

I am proud to say that we have been using the TipMate nozzle extensions for about 15 years now. I had no idea we were ahead of the curve!

The nozzle extensions are about the simplest way I can think of to increase SAW deposition rates.

Adding them to your SAW system is about as close to a "no-brainer" productivity gain as you are ever going to see.
